Q. How long does it take to valet a car?
This depends entirely upon the service chosen:
Wash & Leather approx 25+ mins
Bronze Valet approx 45+ mins
Silver Valet approx 90+ mins
Gold Valet approx 120+ mins
Platinum Valet approx 180+ mins
Q. Do you use a steam cleaner?
No, steam cleaners operate at exceedingly high temperatures and can cause problems with engine electrical and ignition systems, by causing condensation to form on the inside of the cold parts. We operate low horse powered cold-water pressure washers, which do not damage the vehicle
Q. What chemicals do you use?
ProRayo use only the finest quality products available. These being the entire AUTOGLYM product range which are endorsed by some of the best car manufacturers in the world, as well as the Royal Family. All chemicals used are biodegradable to ensure we look after our environment.
Q. Do you offer paint protection systems?
Yes, we offer the AUTOGLYM Lifeshine system, which we believe, offers the best value for money with a 10-year protection. We can offer other products upon request.
Q. Can you valet the car in all weathers?
No, not all weather is conducive to effect valeting as not all chemicals/waxes work well in damp conditions. Our vehicles are equipped with a mini-marquee, which protects against rain and intense sunshine, which allows us to work in more conditions than most of our competition.
Q. Can you clean my convertibles hood?
Yes, fabric hoods are cleaned and re-proofed with protector
Q. Can you repair chips or scratches to alloy wheels?
No, at ProRayo we aim to provide the best quality service and feel by trying to offer services, which are not normally associated to valeting and detailing, would devalue our service. We are able to advise you on the best method of repair and recommend a professional to you.
Q. I have a scratch in my paint, can you remove it?
Yes & no, minor scratches can be removed from paintwork, but deep scratches that have broken through the top coat will need to be touched up professionally.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a variety of discounts to our clients, which vary depending on the number of vehicles, service required and the regularity of bookings.
Q Can you treat leather interiors?
Yes, we can offer two services for leather interiors. Leather can be cleaned, fed or both. Leather dries out and more so in the heat and sun, and therefore needs replenishing. Using a specialist chemical, which contains the necessary oils to moisturise the hide, does this.
Q. Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we can print gift vouchers for any occasion (i.e. Birthday, Christmas, etc) and these can be personalised for the receiver and can be for any value or service.
Q. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
The amount of noticed required depends greatly on the time of year, during the busier times of year we do require longer as we book up quickly. On average we would need a weeks notice, but cancellations are available at short notice.
Q. What areas do you cover?
We cover most of the Costa del Sol, from Sotogrande area through to Malaga city limits and as far north as Benahavis & Coin. For other Spanish locations please contact the office as travel expenses may apply. For UK coverage you will need to speak to our Franchisees, please call for numbers.
